The hours are agreed prior to the stay between 10 am and 8 pm, with the usual entry time being 12 noon and departure at 10 am. It is possible to agree other hours according to the occupation of the apartment.

First of all, send an email or WhatsApp indicating the date and number of people to check availability and be able to send a proposal. Then, once the proposal is received, you must make a deposit (as indicated) to reserve the stay. Finally send the data of the people who will stay: name, surname and documents.

There are no extra expenses. It is all included in the final price.

The minimum stay varies depending on the time of year and can go from 2 to 6 nights minimum. Please contact us through the contact section.

The apartments have balcony and window protection.

We do not accept pets.

All apartments have internet, high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The apartments are located in a privileged area. A few meters from Córdoba avenue, very close to Florida pedestrian street, Colón Theater and 9 de Julio Avenue. Also, a few blocks away is Puerto Madero, the main theaters of the city and the Galerías Pacífico shopping mall. Being very close to the Retiro station, you can easily travel by train as well as access to all subway and bus lines.

We seek the comfort of the passengers, which is why all the departments have a hairdryer, iron, crockery and basic cleaning items.

All apartments are equipped with sheets, blankets, and towels.
